Young Lady Dies From Abortion Complications In Bauchi, 4 Arrested The Police Public Relations Officer, PPRO, of the Bauchi State Police Command, DSP Haruna Mohammed, Sunday, confirmed the arrest of four suspects who allegedly killed a 25-year-old lady, one Rose Luka, through abortion complications. Disclosing this to newsmen in Bauchi, the PPRO gave the names of the suspects as Hillary Joseph, Mudasshiru Bako, Nasiru Haruna and Hamisu Yashi. He said the lady was buried in a shallow grave in the Bayan Gari area of the metropolis by the suspects after administering an abortion medication to the deceased. According to Mohammed, the quack medicine seller, Bako, 30, of the same address, who reportedly administered and sold the abortion drugs to the victim, was also arrested. Lawrence Nomanyagbon Anini, was one of Nigeria’s most notorious armed robbers who held sway in the old Bendel State (Now Edo and Delta States).   ABUJA —President Muhammadu Buhari, yesterday, assigned portfolios to the 36 new ministers with former Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babatunde Fashola, SAN, and former Governor of Rivers State Rotimi Amaechi emerging as the administration’s point men in the drive to improve the country’s infrastructure and transportation system.
